This is a specialist, time limited, fairly intense intervention. It requires commitment and desire and vision. Smoking Cessation, Weight Management, Sleep Hygiene, Addictions are some of the most commonly requested interventions.

This is not a gimmick or a party trick. It is an evidence based and valid therapy which can reap amazing result Clients may be required to undertake home study as therapy and therapeutic interventions are not, ‘things that happen to you’, they are a way of life. Skills and intervention strategies must become part of each client’s new way of life and thinking. This is when change happens.
